Men:

Bodyweight Under: 68kg/150lb

Kettlebell: 16kg/35lb - 20kg/44lb

Bodyweight Between 68kg/150lb - 100kg/221lb

Kettlebell: 20kg/44lb - 24kg/53lb

Bodyweight Over 100kg/221lb

Kettlebell: 24kg/53lb - 28kg/62lb

Women:

Bodyweight Under 59kg/130lb

Kettlebell: 8kg/18lb - 12kg/26lb

Bodyweight Over 59kg/130lb

Kettlebell: 10kg/22lb - 16kg/35lb

Baseline Goals with Kettlebell
